Excellence at Work is a series of handbooks on the subject of organisational excellence.
Each booklet in this series covers the subject of organisational excellence and guidelines for the development of an individual system that is prevalent in excellent organisations – in this case, a system for the implementation of organisational values.
Values at Work aims to build your understanding of organisational values and help you apply what you have learned in your own organisation.
The first few sections cover the subject of organisational values in general terms. They are followed by a step-by-step guide to identifying and implementing a set of values in your organisation. While reading through the step-by-step guide you are provided with tools and encouraged to start using this booklet as a workbook. For this purpose, notes pages with templates are included at the back of the booklet.
